HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING AND HANDLING COST?
*In stock items will normally ship within 2 business days. We make every effort to keep web pages up to date with "out of stock" items. We will call you as soon as possible if you ordered a product we do not currently have in our inventory.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
We charge 8.5% tax for orders billed to a California address.
IS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SECURE?
We use very secure technology for an absolutely secure environment for your name, address and credit card information for ordering online or by phone.
We never have and never will sell or share any information about our customers to anyone for any reason.
WHAT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE?
We guarantee everything we sell on our site to be representative as described and pictured. However, if you are not satisfied, your item may be returned within 10 days of the date received by you. Please call us for a permission to return number. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We will give you instructions for the easiest way to return. We are proud to say we rarely have returns!
